Fruktstereo's most French-traditional-inspired sparkling cider made from both farmed dessert apples and wild varieties. After a long pre-maceration, the juice was partly fermented in amphora before being blended and bottled. Very tropical notes on the nose, like pineapple and kiwi, with a nice balance of acidity and tannins. 5.5% abv.
