Domaine Les Cortis

Rhone

While Domaine Les Cortis of the Decosters is relatively new -they have released their first vintage in 2016-, Jérémy Decoster is not new to winemaking. After working with some of the best natural winemakers, including our friends Agnes and Olivier de Moor, Jeremy and Isabelle started their own project in Andert et Condon in 2016.

At an altitude of 500 metres, they grow grapes on six hectares of vineyards, spread out over five separate parcels with unique soil compositions. All farming is done organically and by hand, continued in the winery by minimal interventions and sulfur additions.

Their wines include the Merune, a Chardonnay (95%) with a small addition of Altesse (5%), that has been aged on the fine lees for eight to ten months after a spontaneous fermentation. Another delicious wine is the Naxide, a 50-50 blend of Chardonnay and Roussette that has spent twelve months on the lees. Both wines have a great texture and intensity, and we’re confident you will love them as much as we do.

We currently have no Domaine Les Cortis wines in stock.
