100% Cinsault. Following the hailstorms suffered on the Grand'Cour estate in 2016 and 2017, Jean-Louis and his children began to buy grapes which they vinified at the estate. He loves working with grape varieties he is not so familiar with. In this case it is Cinsault from Corbières, that is produced according to the same philosophy as that of the estate. The wine has a delicious spiciness, but the end result is not too far away from the DNA of Beaujolais. Serve lightly chilled (14-16C).
