With Laissez-Faire, Christian ventured in the production of Rhine Riesling, not the first variety which comes to mind when talking about Burgenland and Neusiedlersee. In his own personal style, this wine has body, with a fresh and mineral texture balancing it out perfectly.
"Slightly cloudy pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Subtle smoky-mineral nuances of white stone fruit, a hint of lime, dark mineral. Medium-bodied, tightly meshed, freshness marked by lime, lemony on the finish, salty and taut, lingers long, a finessed food companion, shows very good length, delicate varietal character."
